by commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below:
general terms
• clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens (NFTs). use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited
• i reserve the right to decline your commission
• not first come, first served basis
• please include clear visual references & concise wording
• payment must be finalized before i can begin your commission
• i, the artist, am not responsible if the client fails to read the terms of service provided
i will do
original characters / personas / fan art / work with irl photo references
i will not do
mecha / inappropriate representation of minors / furries | elderly / excessive facial + bodily hair
payment
• all commissions must be paid upfront in full
• payment is through paypal invoice exclusively
• all sales are final - no refunds may be requested after payment has been received unless initiated by me, the artist, if for whatever reason, i cannot complete your order
• commercial price: my commercial fee is 4x the original price

• i begin the commission after payment has been received
• there are three stages to my work: sketch, color, shade
• changes are allowed during the sketch and color stages,
• if the invoice has not been paid within 3 days, it will be cancelled along the commission

copyright policy
i reserve all copyright to my artthe commissioner is allowed to
• repost the commissioned work with credit to me, the artist
• use the work with respect to our agreement (personal or commercial)
• print, use on merch, sell artwork with proper credit to the artist (commercial use only)
if you commit copyright infringement, all rights to the artwork will be rescindedthe following is considered copyright infringement
• using and/or reproducing the works without permission of the artist (both commercially and personally)
• removing watermarks and signatures
• altering the artwork without the artist's consent
• refusal to credit the artist
• taking credit for the creation of the artwork
• using my work to feed into AI (artificial intelligence) for the creation of works with the same likeness to my style
